An Unexpected Beginning
Our story began not in the fields of agriculture, but in the offices and homes of four individuals from different walks of life. Our founding team consisted of a taxation advisor, a Chartered Accountant, an Ayurvedic medicine student, and a dedicated homemaker. Each of us was established in our respective roles, yet destiny had a different path in store.
The Spark of Inspiration
On one fateful day, we received a divine inspiration through the dua and raza mubarak of our beloved Aqa Maula Sayedna Aaliqadar Muffadal Saifuddin Maula. This blessing ignited a spark within us to venture into the world of pure, traditional ghee production.
From Retail to Manufacturing: A Paradigm Shift
Initially, our plan was modest – to start a retail unit selling high-quality ghee. However, as we delved deeper into market research, we uncovered a disturbing reality. The ghee market was rife with adulteration and mixing practices that compromised the purity and nutritional value of this sacred food.
This revelation was a turning point. We realized that to truly offer the quality we envisioned, we needed to control the entire process – from sourcing to production.
A Commitment to Purity
We made a bold decision: to establish our own manufacturing unit. Our goal was to oversee every step of the process, starting from sourcing grass-fed milk from indigenous cows and buffaloes, rather than relying on breeds like Jersey cows. This commitment to purity and tradition became the cornerstone of our business.
40 Days of Transformation
What happened next was nothing short of extraordinary. In just 40 days – yes, a mere 40 days – we went from concept to execution. Without any prior business experience in this field, we managed to set up a fully operational ghee manufacturing unit.
This rapid transformation was possible due to our diverse backgrounds:
- Our taxation advisor brought financial acumen and regulatory knowledge
- The Chartered Accountant provided crucial business planning and accounting expertise
- Our Ayurvedic medicine student contributed invaluable insights into the health benefits and traditional aspects of ghee production
- Our homemaker founder brought practical knowledge of traditional cooking methods and quality assessment, ensuring our product met the highest standards of home-cooked purity
Together, we created a synergy that allowed us to overcome challenges at an unprecedented pace.
A Blessed First Order
Our efforts were divinely rewarded when we received our first order from AL Jamea TUS Saifiya in Marol (Mumbai) and Surat for the Annual Imtihan H.1445. The pinnacle of this achievement was the presence of our beloved Aqa Maula Sayedna Aaliqadar Muffadal Saifuddin Maula during this momentous occasion.
